Anchor hammer vs branching???

Can someone please tell me or show me the difference between the two? Thanks.

Both of those are in the Genus Euphyllia. Their skeletal growth is different. One grows in a ridge and the other branches out.

Hammer Coral (Euphyllia ancora)
Branching Hammer Coral (Euphyllia paraancora)

But there is also one that the skeleton forms phaceloid like.
Euphyllia cristata

Most other Euphyllia also fall under these minute differences.

Torch Corals
Torch Coral (Euphyllia glabrescens)
Branching Torch Coral (Euphyllia paraglabrescens)

Frogspawn Corals
Frogspawn (Euphyllia divisa)
Branching Frogspawn (Euphyllia paradivisa)
Frogspawn (Euphyllia yaeyamaensis)
