That sucks.
I have an open top tank and I am always worried that the same thing will happen to me. Plus I have a cat. So I am always thinking that I will see my cat run into the room with one of my fish in its mouth.

should I worry at all that he might have jumped because my tank params are off. My Ammonia might be creeping up a hair but everything else looks great. I am having a bad Cyano and mild hair algae outbreak but the tank is only 4 monthes old and I was thinking its normal.

I'm not sure why its increasing my guess is I have been overfeeding for the last 2 weeks trying to get my new goby to actually eat some food. Nitrates and Nitrites are 0..

Doing a 5 gallon water change tomorrow and maybe one sunday as well

Ducati1212 my condolences on your loss. I guess some people use 1/2 inch eggcrate, but I've never used it.
