Making homemade frozen food

I want to buy two pounds of frozen squid, two pounds of frozen krill, two pounds of frozen whitefish, two pounds of shrimp, and two pounds of scallops. I want to make my own frozen food by putting these together.
Any suggestions as to where I can get this stuff inexpensively?
Also does any of these things usually have jells, or preservatives in them, and if so where can I find them without jells, or preservatives? Thank you all in advance.
