fish disappearance

I've been doing this for 3 yrs now. I have plenty of corals and fish. I dose with dowflake and arm and hammer. Not the best/ healthiest of tank cuz with my schedule, it's hard to keep up. But it's healthy enough. Let's just say acros won't survive long, but Monti's, clams, rics, yumas, shrooms, brains, frogspawn, all do pretty well. all my fish do well, until yesterday, my Coral Beauty of 2 years, the king of the tank, disappeared. No, signs of sickness. He was feeding homemade squid/shrimp cube in the morning, then at night, can't find him anywhere. The other fish just play dumb. My 2 chromis's must be happy cuz they aren't getting punked. The rest of my fish don't get punked as much: 6linewrass, pair of ocelaris, royalegramma, firefish, Mandarin. I'm wondering if the fish could've ate something bad and choked or something. I'm wondering how fast a group of nassarius snails can take down a 4 inch fish.
