Comments on this lighting
I have a 20 gal high that I intend to keep only very hardy corals in. I was looking at Travis's DIY LOA CF 25 Watts bulbs (6500K). There would be 4 of these.
Today I saw this system by Coralife 24" AQUALIGHT T-5 - DOUBLE LINEAR STRIP I would run two of these. The wattage is less but I'm not sure how this compares to the LOA bulbs. I believe the two actinic bulbs would make it look better. Any thoughts? Thanks

It's going to be far more powerful than the little compact fluorescents. It will work fine and you can have a beautiful reef.

Thanks Travis. It's about an incremental $30-$40 but I think it'll be worth it.
I'll post some pics of my progess soon. I'm still working on the cabinet. Doors are a pain!!!
