Sunpod reviews vs JBJ viper

Looking to get a HQI for my BC8. I was looking at getting the JBJ viper, but have come across multiple bad reviews on that product. I have also been looking at the sunpod. haven't heard from people that own them how they are. Seeing thats I only have a 8 gallon I was going to go with the 70w of each, unless someone can convince me for the 150w. So feedback on the correct wattage and which product would be the best!
