tank back up and running, can I put fish back yet?
my 120 gallon is back up and running at new house. I used half
the old water and half ro water. the live rock has been in for about 4 hours now except for a bit in the 30 gallon that my fish are in now. Is it too soon to put the fish back in yet? |

if it was me I would wait till morning(if possible) and then check your parameters and then proceed from there

the fish are a bit cramped in the 30 gallon (especially the tang)
but another day shouldn`t hurt them. If I am going to have an issue with anything, would it be nitrates or ammonia? would this occur by tomorrow? |

I would just keep testing the water in the 30. Like the above posts said, I'd wait till tomorrow to be sure there isn't a mini cycle. If things get bad as far as ammonia goes in the 30, I'd go ahead and do it, but I'd at least try to wait it out.
