red algae or red worms?

I was looking at what I thought must be red coralline algae starting to grow on my aragonite. But if I look closly, it looks like worms. What do you think?

looks like cyanobacteria. a pesty thing. i don't think it harms anything. just looks awful. I am currently battling it in my tank and am on line looking for clues to get rid of it.

It does look like cyano. They can look like long threads like in your picture.

If your tank is new it is normal and will go away.
