Custom fish tank.
So I am taking the plunge and getting a custom tank for my bedroom. Right now I am looking at using Miracles Aquarium to build it. Below is a picture of what I drew up for the tank. The front and both sides will be starphire glass.
A brief explination. Twin overflows to take water to sump, second one is really for backup. I am perinoid on this tank as it will be in my bedroom, and enclosed in a cabinet. There are four hole in the back of the tank, the one in the bottom middle is the intake for a closed loop, and the other three will be the returns for the closed loop. The return for the closed loop will have a OM 4-way squirt on it. The fourth outlet will get "T" into the top middle hole in the back. I think this should make it be on 2x longer then the rest. It willl actually be plumbed into and PVC support system to help push water through the rock. The two holes in the top euro-bracing are for the sump returns and will have wavyseas on them. Lighting will be done by T5's or MH, but I am leaning twords T5's. I am not too worried about heat as I live in Alaska. In fact there will be 3 100w heaters keeping this puppy stable. Everything will be programmed by a ReefKeeper2. What do you guys think? Any suggestions? I am still designing the tank so it is very easy to change things right now. How is Miracles Aquarium at building tanks? Also, who is good at building acrylic sumps? I guess I should add that the main tank is approx 59 gallons, and each overflow is approx 2 gallons.

Two overflows with 1.75 drains is overkill. You dont want to have a lot of flow through the sump. If your afraid of one getting clogged then put another drain next to it but higher. It will only get used in case of an overflow. Also, if your overflow is 3" wide and your hole is 1.75" wide then it seems to me your going to have a hard time getting a bulkhead to fit.
Just my 02.
