I think it is ich!!!

When I bought my foxface he was a bright yellow with defining lines around his face seperating the black and white but after about 3 months or so he developed a spotty like color and is more of a palish yellow. I am sorry i cant give you a pick because my camera is shot and my new one is on the way. The only reason why i am ?ing ich is that he is still eating like a horse. I have a qt but am still new to the whole qt thing.
Could this be ich or maybe something else???

Does he have white spots? Ich looks like salt on the fish.
If its more splotchy, its something else.
Does he look like this all the time? It could be stress..Foxface's [and many other fish] get splotchy when stressed. It could be water conditions, tankmates etc.
A picture would sure help

I am wandering if key(My dog) is upsetting my fish....she will literally sit there for hours at a time staring at the tank and the foxface is very frightended when key is present. But even when the dogs are gone the foxface still has this very small splotchy patches of blackish grey patterns on its stomach and sides.
My tank mates are no harm. I have a pair of clowns and two gobies.(Just starting).
Could it be a different disease???

Blackish gray patterns don't sound like ich to me. Maybe it's the stress from the dog, or perhaps some other issue. Could you borrow a camera, maybe?
