72 gal oceanic bowfront refiguim reccomendations??

i have a 72 gal oceanic bowfront with the standard stand etc right now it has a wet dry in it and i would like to convert over to a refugium. i would convert the sump over however it houses my protien skimmer and also if it was baffled would not have enough room for anything at all any reccomendations as to what i could use its a tight fit under there about 24wX12DX20T i can do DIY and would perfer it over a huge purchase so that it doesnt break this college students bank!
