Aptasia in refugium

Is this a good or bad idea? Im thinking of using some pieces i have in my tank at the moment and using them as a form of filtration. I have read in one of A Calfo s books that these can be used as a scrubber in a raceway kind of setup.

My fuge is not very big and is rather slim so it is acting like a raceway. It is currently empty and im in 2 minds what to place in there. I was going to go for some cheto but am toying with the aptasia idea.

Any comments?
