150 MH bulb advice
I am looking into buying a new bulb for my 18 Gallon and I currently run a Phoenix 14K without any other supplement lighting. I would like a much bluer tank so I would like a 20K now my problem is what is a better brand or higher quality bulb. I wuld like to stay in the 50-70 dollar range so any input on your recommendation and why would be great.

Definitely Radium, they are a little expensive but they are very good from what I hear. I don't know how much bluer the will be, but they should have a fuller color.

I have a Phoenix 14,000K on my solana and love it, so I can't really help you out... but I've heard the Radiums are good bulbs as well.
