Sump help
I need help with setting up my sump tank. I have all the pumps and a protein skimmer. What I mostly need deep sand bed concept.

Well you shouldn't have a DSB actually in your sump. That would go in your refugium or refugium compartment. Thats were you keep all of your macro algae. This is a design I made for a sump/refugium combo that's gonna go under my 65 gallon:

The refugium is almost like a second tank that you use to house macro algae that grows and in turn removes nitrates from your water. It also provides a predator free environment for cope pods (small shrimp like animals) to grow and reproduce which are then filtered up to the display and help to feed fish and corals. Here's a picture of the refugium I have setup now. It's a 10 gallon tank. I have it separate from the sump in the second picture.
