Lightbulb Lighting help.

Hi everyone!
I have a 29 gal with 30lbs of live rock and 30 lbs of live sand. I was wondering what sort of lighting should I upgrade to to be able to keep softies happy (its has been a FOWLR so far). I was thinking about a T5 HO since it is cheaper and doesn't get too hot. Will this be enough light? Any thoughts welcome!

Yep should be a good choice for softies. Any particular fixture you were looking at?

I was looking at a Coralife 24 inch. It comes with one 10,000k bulb and an actinic. Any difference between an actinic bulb and a moonlight bulb?
