What's wrong with my clownfish

So guys I bought a pair of bullethole clownfish on Thursday. Today I saw one of them with a bloated tummy. So far I have fed him frozen brine shrimp, NLS pellets, seaweed. I am not sure what is this he is swimming in one corner. See pictures below and hope someone would chime in here with the disease identification and some treatment. He is in my QT tank. I have treated the qt tank with melafix.

Is he still eating? Have you seen him poop? If so, what is the color and consistency of his poop?

I had a valentini puffer that ate too much nori and got severely constipated. It stopped eating and pooping and died.

I found out later that those guys are notorious for constipation and possible treatments are mashed peas and Epsom salt.

Take a look at these threads and see if they provide anything helpful:

Also search for terms like "clown fish constipation" or "bloat".

Beyond that I am not sure what else it could be. One of the posters in that thread mentioned dropsy.

Idk about clownfish for sure but in fw my African cichlids would get bloated when their food had too much protein, try feeding some plant based food like formula 2 flakes maybe
