Algae ID please.
Hey!

Multiple forms of algae there..
dinos, neomersis, etc.. yuck.. I would take that out and soak it in 50% tank water/50%hydrogen peroxide and scrub the heck out of it with a brush. Then rinse with more tank water and put it back in the tank and hope that takes care of it..

Great.. Well since this weekend we added oure cleaning crew. And they did alot of the job already. Should i wait some more ofr clean the stones?

I second the cleaning of the rock with hydrogen peroxide/tank water. Dinos are bad news. The clean up crew should take care of everything else, but the dinos are a problem.

FYI, the OP has another thread where his Alk his way low (and thus ph) . He's using rodi water from his LFS and red sea salt.
I am not sure if there is a connection with the algae problem and the inability to keep his KH above 7, so I am sharing this information in case there is one. |
