Will the older icecap electronic ballast fire a Pheonix 14k DE bulb?
Just like the title says, I bought two of the older Icecap electronic ballast's and I got a heck of a deal on two Icecap DE pendants. I was wondering if anyone is firing these bulbs with this particular ballast and if they noticed a flicker.
