AC20 vs AC70

I would like to buy one of these HOB filters as it seems many people are using them on nano tanks.

But it seems the most common one is the AC70 even on something as small as a 10 gallon. What's the benefit? Footprint?

Will an AC20 suffice? I'm looking to keep the cost to a minimum on this tank.

I have an AC 50 and use it on a 10g and wouldn't want one any smaller. I recommend at least the ac50.

Good to know, thanks. Is the 50 large enough to hold a small heater? If not maybe this is the reason for the 70 to be so common.
