Aquacontroller Jr and Chiller program question

Hi, so to all the aquacontroller owners I'm a bit frustrated as I can't get my chiller to turn on with the controller.

i've set this controller up with a chiller before and it worked fine. And this new chiller seems to be working fine. I just used this controller on a different tank switched over to a new tank.

So I got rid of most states and just kept a few that I needed. I set outlet 5 for temp>79.5 to turn on the chiller and temp <78 to turn off.

Does it matter what the chiller temp settings are? I'm sure you have other questions that would give you a better idea so please ask and I can explain further.
