radion is the worst set up software ever!

These lights are a pain and I regret buying this thing. It seems they make it just difficult enough that you'll want to buy the reeflink. Terrible! I had a G1 and spent the insane money on a G3 hoping for an improvement. Not exactly!

Did all of that. Logged on with chrome. Continues to tell me I'm offline. I'm assuming it needs to recognize the new light? Isn't rashly doing anything

You may want to download the connection manager app and get it to connect them open up ecosmartlive. Are you using a reeflink as well? Mine always works locally via the app to adjust but routinely looses its connection via the Internet. I usually have to unplug it, wait 40 seconds, then plug back in. When it works it is really a treat.

One more thing, call them. They're in PA and their techs really care that you are a satisfied customer.

I found that after you program them once, you may need to restart your computer to reconnect to the program and make further changes. Also, make sure you click on the blue icon after you open the ecosmart program.

Download connection manager. They're super easy to program if you know what settings you want or use one of the templates.

My 5 work great.
But I have had a few user errors over 4+ years and when I called EcoTech and had them help/show me the problem, it becomes easier to figure it out.
I'm not saying it's the easiest software to use, but a little customer service help goes a long ways.

I do have the manager downloaded. I'll delete and try to install again? We'll see what happens.

I've gone into esl before and just re downloaded the connection manager before without bothering to delete the previous download, when I used my laptop and couldn't remember where I put it.

I hate to hear this as I just bought one. Haven't tried to set it up yet though...

This isn't very common.

Good to hear. But it does help to see how others get through it if I have issues!

Oh absolutely.
If you have any issues, IMO the best thing to do is call them.
They are more than willing to help.

Not one issue with mine. Just got it back from being upgraded. Called them to do a factory reset (unusual but easy fix) and I'm good to go.
Radion is NOT the worse software ever. Was easy compared to some I've used
