cleaning sponges

Week 1 of cycle tank set up... i have a polyfilter, carbon filter, bionoods, and wool filter. How oftem should i be rinsing these filters; both during cycle and when the tank is filled with inhabitants?

Every 3-4 days or they will start to raise your nitrates.

dont need to clean during cycle, after that 3-4 days like thegrun stated
