Problems with AC JR?

I bought one of the newly designed (black) AC JR's. I received it 12 days ago. I think it is a great piece of equipment and it is very easy to use. I have it mounted on the side of my tank at the top of the stand. I have a PC just below it.

The select button started having problems working after 5 days. I had to press it a few times to get it to work. Then after 10 days it stopped working all together. Now, I have to use the PC to program it.

Thankfully, it is under warranty, so I am sure it will be exchanged without any problems.

When I contacted the online vendor I bought it from, he said that mine was the second one with button problems this week.

I am aware of their amazing reputation, so I am not asking about the old blue version. I am wondering if anyone else has noticed any button problems with the newly designed AC JR's?
