Viper Clamp Lamp...

Does anyone have this light? What is everybody's experience with this light. It is in my price range, and i would use it for my 24'' deep cube in addition to 54watts of quad t-5. Thanks in advance.

If its the light I am thinking of I have heard that the plastic on the clams tend to melt after awhile. Not 100% sure though. PFO makes some really nice mini pendants as well.
