anemone help

I wasn't sure where to put this, but my condylactus anemone appears to have a gash in it's side, maybe from a peppermint shrimp, the anemone itself is shriveled up to like 1/3 of it's normal size, it doesn't appear deflated, but more like contracted, any idea on what I can do?

Wait and hope. Not much else really. Just don't bother him and hope for the best.
