Fish not eating
I got a green chromis that is not eating. It's been in the Q tank for 3 days now. I've tried a mixed frozen suppliment, part of a silverside and some dried seaweed with no luck. No signs of illness. Any advice?

Keep trying different stuff. Contact the store where you got the fish from and ask them what they were feeding him. Don't panic. If you have a ball of cheato in your sump, you might prune some and stick it in the tank... there's lots of pods and stuff that it will eat growing in the ball. It wont do any harm even if he ignores it.
Keep check on the water parameters. Try soaking food in garlic juice from the supermarket. That's been known to get fish eating. |
