Adjusting my new MH/t5 lighting question?

I just upgraded my lighting from PCs to 2x250watt MH(phoenix14k) and 2x39watt T5 by Aqua medic. I only have the t5s runniing with only 1 MH for 4 days now, when will it be ok to have both of my MH lamps on at the same time..thanks.

You can put the 2nd halide on a timer to come on for 1 hr a day and gradually increase it. I think the corals will show imediate signs of stess due to the new lights.

so far the corals are responding good except for one of my mushroom colonies.
