Question on Tradewind Chiller

I've had a 1/4 HP Tradewind chiller for about 2 years now and I've started have a problem with the Controller. The control is constantly displaying the E2 error message and I can't seem to find the documentation that came with the item.

Does anyone have the instructions and could tell what that error code is?

Is it a Ranco controller? E2 means the settings arent properly stored in memory.

There are some basic instructions and information here. The Ranco site should have more.
