firefish compatability

are regular firefish compatible with purple firefish? and if i already have a small purple firefish, will i be able to add more?

Firefish are odd. They will often live together just fine for a decent length of time, and then one will become more dominant and start picking on the other. I read about this before I stuck a purple with a regular firefish, and hoped it wouldn't happen. Those two fish were together for six months, often even sleeping the in the same hole, before the purple started attacking the regular firefish. I ended up having to remove the regular firefish to prevent the purple from killing it.
