Each month all Reef Central members are presented with a poll in the Reef Discussion forum to vote on. There will be three threads to choose from, and you are only allowed to vote once. This month we are featuring three threads each from a couple of different forums. We encourage you to follow the links provided below, to read and enjoy these threads. All three are full of information and are each equally worthy.

The winning thread will not only be made as a sticky thread in its forum of origin, but it will also be listed in the next issue of Reefkeeping

Wow.. I am torn! Never been this torn in a "Thread of the Month" thread, either! We should give special nomination to whichever comes in second!

(I had to give the GFO thread the nod.. I am just addicted to actual evidence.)

I think it's really important that we as the users of such products as GFO, get a users analysis. It gives us the confidence to use their products and also promote them to our freinds.

You guys should see his "Fish reduced to skeletons in two hours" experiment. That one was off the hook!

Fwiw for those that did not read it, a fish even spawned after using the gfo. most informative to me. __________________ Its a good idea to have a refrence sample for alk test kits. 1.1350 grams of baking soda in 1gallon of distilled water=10dkh. Check your alkalinity test kit! Algae is Mother Natures phosphate remover Current Tank Info: 220 galon mixed reef.
