At what tmp do beneficial bacteria die off?

I've spent all summer battling the whether and I lost while on vacation. Now my rock is cooking and I just checked the temp to see a mind blowing 101 degrees. Is this hurting the bacteria or are they tough enough?

P.S. If you've read my signature, the crabies are in a smaller bucket now that will be kept at a more appropriate temp. I looked at the themometer because I noticed the crabs on the points of the live rock that stuck out of the water. They were just barely dipping their toes. Poor guys.
