Sunpod bulb replacement issue
I recntly ordered and replaced the 150 w 14000k bulbs in my Sunpod. I noticed that at least one of the bulbs seems to be burning a bit bluer than the other 2. Has anyone else had this issue?
I contacted Current USA(who, BTW, has GREAT customer service) and also looked over the FAQ's on their sight. they suggested tryint to clean the contacts with steel wool and reinstall the bulbs. I'm going to do that solely for the fact that I have had the fixture for a year and it sure wouldn't hurt. Thanks in advance. Scott |

if no corrosion, dont fix it.
I use Ushio 14K and they look the same in both tanks. i would use vinegar or baking soda mixture in a cup, on a Q-Tip before risking any corrosion or steel wool particles falling into the tank. JMO!

If there is a bubble/button looking piece on one side of the bulb, make sure it is facing up. That can make a difference in color if one bulb has the button facing up and the other is down.
