calcium reactor choices
im in the process of setting up my 150 gal sps tank
i was wondering what i shoudl run for a calcium reactor. the tank is 150 gal with 35 gal fuge/ 35 gal sump/ and 65 gal frag tank. the tank will be 90% sps! i was looking at the reef octopus dual chamber reactor (cr140d), with a milwaukee ph controller. my questions are as follows, what reactor would you reccomend with my setup and is the octopus a good choice? also what controller to run? what gage to buy? and what size of media to use? ps. i really liek the price of the reef octopus reactor!

I have I-CALC
I have an I-CALC reactor with an Aquabee pump, I use Gen-x media, its very course, large piece wont get trapped in your pump or plumbing, I also use Milwaukee Controller, and a 10lb Co-2 bottle.. Just my two cents.

Mine leaked, returned it & now the vendor no longer carries them = a reason for that I suspect. Quote:
Used & built GEO clones - pay for it once, well worth the cost. Milwaukee reg & controller GEO (DIY) reactor Gen X media = no worries.
