RF Deluxe co2 regulator question

I just got this new CO2 Regulator and I have a problem.
http://www.premiumaquatics.com/Merch..._Code=co2units

When connecting the regulator to the CO2 tank, it is not air tight. I can feel the CO2 coming out the sides. I obviously quickly turned it off.
The regulator came with 2 little hard plastic "O" rings - I've tried it with 1 at a time and with 2 at a time. Either way it leaks CO2. Is there a trick I can't figure out here or what?

you need to use one "O" ring .

did you put Teflon tape on the co2 tank outlet , also you need to tight it strong .

i have the same unit about 1½ year never have problem with it .

I got out a wrench and tightened the heck out of it - that seemed to work. I bought it thinking it was one of the best and hopefully it is. Of course for the price, you would think it would come with some instructions - even though it is pretty simple to set up.

Realy i dont remember if mine come with instructions but it's very easy to use . you just need to open the CO2 gate valve and adjust the the CO2 drip Regulator . i was able to let it run steady 6 drop per second without problem and the unit work perfect .

i also use the RF PH controller and i never have problem with those unit . IMO they have very good product and accurate to it's run good for long term.
