aqua c remora
I have the aqua c remora with a mj 1200 on my 30 gallon. Lately I have noticed the amount of skimmate I am getting has decreased alot. I have cleaned the collection cup out in hopes of this helping. It still has now. Are there any other parts that might need cleaned or now can I try to increase the level of skimmate. I only have two clowns in it plus some softies and LPS corals. Thanks for the help.

You can take the white adjustable screw out of the intake tube under the collection cup, and clean that hole with the nylon brush and that may help, and also adjusting the height of the cup with the o-ring can make a difference

Also clean the intake of the MJ 1200, I found that can affect the performance also!

It's been six months and I have noticed a drop off in skimmer flow. I have cleaned the intake on my MJ1200 but not taken it apart. I will try this over the weekend and see if this helps
