65 watt pc light

Will 50/50 65w pc lights provide enough light to keep medium light corals in a 20 gallon tank? Do the actinic count toward total wattage in the tank, meaning if I have a 20 gallon is that 6.5 watts per gallon or 3.25?

good question! i would also like to know the answer to this because iam in the same situation. i have two 1ok bulbs 65w on my twenty and want to change one to actnic light's.
