Its a classic skimmer that takes some time to get properly tuned in. I wouldn't use it on anything more than 75 gallons. For smaller tanks a bit of patience it can perform very well.

Nothing like getting more than one opinion. I've used this skimmer for 7 years and just replaced it with a new one for me very simple to set up and pulls out lots of gunk.Every 3 days skimmer cup is half full of dark. O ya it's on a 175g I also tried the new tunze and not even close to compare
