want to build inwall through garage

How would you seal this between garage and inside? so i can keep the hot air out?
i live in florida and my garage is not air conditioned.
It is only a 1 car garage so i dont have much space to build a fishroom behind it.

I think building a fish room is the only way.

I agree if it gets hot enough in the garage to need to seal it from the house, it is going to make keeping stable tank temps very hard.

im not worried about the tank temperature.....it gets about 92 in the garage during the hottest days......my chiller will easily handle this. I need to keep this 92 degree air out of the house though....does anyone have an idea how to seal the tank in the wall (especially the top portion)?

You need a wall in the garage; like a room conversion. You can make it fairly easy. It will be more work in the long run trying to seal the tank in the wall and dealing with the moisture on the wall. 92 deg @100% humidity on against the wall that is cold at the other room temperature, say 75 means condensation on the wall, then mold, and other problems.
If you want to keep the tank in the garage you can install a nice single sheet flush window between the garage and the house and push the tank into the window seal. but you will be looking at the tank through 2 sheets of glass. 100% sealed though.
