mushroom on liverock

I was at the LFS yesterday and picked up some liverock. The woman had given me a piece of rock with a beautiful mushroom on it. I get home and put it in my tank and within a few minutes the shroom is "hiding." Did i do something wrong to scare it? I didnt even know that they could move so i guess my question is will it come back out??? all water parameters are pristine. Any help would be appreciated!!!

Just stressed from the move, they are very hardy. Give it time it will expand again.

It should come back out... that being said most mushrooms enjoy low light/low flow.
