enough flow ?

I have a 30 galon tank with 1 clarkki clownfish and 5 damsels, some polyps, mushroom... I just bought a Zoo Med Powersweep 214, which produce 160 gph... Is that enough?? (the powersweep automatically rotate to make a wave like motion) if possible, can u guys please recomend me a good powerhead.. btw, my tank is a hexagon tank...

IMO, that is on the lower end of acceptable flow rate. If you're wanting to keep SPS, you'll want a flow rate of around 10x the tank volume.

For powerheads, it depends on your budget. Lower budget, I would go with a couple of MaxiJets on a wavemaker. Higher budget, you could get one or two Tunze Nano Streams.

not enough flow in there if you have live rock as your main filteration system, id have another ph each side of the tank pushing the water around, it would aid the rock in doing its job, they would not have to be huge but a couple of koralias would be fine, 2s wouldnt be overkill if positioned properly, they spread the movement rather than just a concentrated stream of constant pushing flow

+1 on the koralia's, great at moving water and not as violantly as other pumps.
