Actinic bulbs
Do the actinic bulbs need to be replace slowly to avoid bleaching? or can I just replace both of my bulbs at the same time?

They can be replaced all at once.

If you are sticking with the same wattage and they haven't degraded significantly (like years old) it's not much of a concern. It's more related to a major upgrade of or replacement of extremely old Metal Halide or T5 lamps.
