Help with lighting!

alright so currently i have a 20" 80W PC fixture on my 10 gallon AGA tank.
i want to upgrade to either a T5 or metal halide
which ones do you suggest?
thanks in advance! ALSO if you have one for sale let me know as well =D

i currently have softies in my tank and want maximum growth from them, especially my frogspawn!

standard AGA 10 gallon, 20"W x 10"D x 12"H

i been doing some research and it doesn't seem like there are alot of 20" fixtures unless i'm missing something
