Just belly up dead or what? As far as the tank leak, What do you mean. The center of the bottom glass (floor)?

do you have the test for your water? PH, SG, nitrates, nitrites, ammonia, etc...

I'm not sure if it would be from the bottom? if it was leaking from the center bottom, there would have to be a crack somewhere? check the seems and see if water is coming out from there somewhere?

Just because that's where you see the water, doesn't necessarily mean that's where the leak is located. If there are no cracks, trace the moisture back to determine where it is leaking. More than likely, you'll find either find a leaking joint or discover water has inadvertently made it's way into the bottom rim during a water change or something and is seeping out. If it really is a leak and there's no visible crack, you probably don't need to worry about catastrophic failure and will have plenty of time to get things in another tank.

Then it's either seepage from a failing seal, or you managed to get water around the bottom frame. Give it a few days and see if it continues or goes away. Either way, you're not likely to be looking at a catastrophic failure.
