Sick Hippo - What is this? Not a parasite

I'm going to Mexico for a week in 4 days and need to know how I should handle this...only one spot.

Its weird, you see how it almost looks round, but there is a chunk that looks normal? That's where her fin goes when it is pointing up. Her fin on that side looks a little damaged as well.

Could be ich...not a good photo. Could she have been playing and scrapped herself on a rock? Once in a while my hippo gets a small scuff and when I watch her dart in and out of the rocks I know why. Look up HEEL maybe it's that. What are your water parms? If you have not had water problems in the past that is probably not it. Keep an eye on her and good luck.

Could just be a Blenny Kiss

I think she just knicked herself on some rocks. She sleeps/hides in a rock that has a small cave going thru it. It's a little tight.

Today, it's just about all gone. She isn't breathing fast any more and is eating like a pig
