how do I know when to change my ROWA Phos?

I have it in my running in my Kent PhosReactor in the sump.

when phosphates begin to climb. you need an accurate phospate kit of meter. as long as phophates are below 0.03ppm there is no need to change it yet.

what kit is consider accurate, it seems there is a lot of kits that can not accurately measure phosphates?
