recomend me a skimmer

hey guys
not new to saltwater tanks
just new to doing it correctly

i need help with finding the proper skimmer

i have a 20 gallon long that i want to setup as saltwater.
what kind of skimmer would be good for a tank this small that would do a good job?
i am even thinking about buying a skimmer rated for a bigger tank because i want my water to be perfect

when buying a skimmer always look for one that is rated for at least double the size that you plan on running it. Is your 20 reef ready? Ie. does it have a sump? If so there are many skimmers that would preform well depending on the ammoount of space you have to pwork with

Are you going to have an Automatic Top Off? If so, I vote a Tunze 9002.

A Remora would be a satisfactory bit of overkill. Should handle it as a hangon. The in-sump version is the Aqua C Urchin or Urchin Pro.

Picking a skimmer really depends on budget. If you are on a limited budget, get a Coralife Super Skimmer 65 or a CPR Backpak II skimmer. If you have more money to spend, the Tunze 9002 are nice.
