You can cycle with a lot of inexpensive base rock and a little nice live rock at the top of the structure. Takes up to 8 weeks to cycle instead of 4, but you'll have the fun of watching whatever crawling life started on that live rock work its way onto the other rock. And after just a few months (you have to be careful with such a tank at first) you'll find it as strong and diverse as a tank that started with all live rock. Lay down some eggcrate lighting grid on the bottom glass, build your rock structure, add your sand (wash your sand thoroughly in ro/di water), and add your live rock once the water is in and warm.
To encourage the cycle to go JUST a little faster, add a micropinch of flake fish food daily, and you will ultimately get all the bacterial growth you want. Stop feeding when you see the ammonia spike.

Since your in Fl. I would check with Tampa Bay Rock. Live rock is expensive for the most part. If I had to do it all over again, I'd buy some dry rock and add a few pieces of live rock to seed it with.
Oh Yeah, Welcome to Reefcentral.
