i feed mine before lights on but when there is natural light from the window in the room, every 2-3 days 1x5-10mil cupful of salifert coral food, i only do this so the tank is clear again when the lights come on, no other reason

I like to feed my corals about a hour after the lights are out. I put a small amount of DT'S Phytoplankton in the water. Then around a half hour later all the corals seem to have all of their tenticals & feeders out....Then I do a spot feed for them.
