VERY interesting!!! I've never seen those before. Did you make them? I see that there is a slip fitting coming out of them. Are they slip fitted together with the bulkhead through the glass? (so you can remove them) I may be interested in trying this. You can reply in a PM if this is getting off topic. (I don't think it is though) |

Those look really nice. You'd need a large sump to catch the water that would drain down when you pulled that off though. Or else a ball valve on the drain to shut it off completely while working on it. But very nice.

Semi coast to coast here. Great surface skimming but sucks for the crap floating around in the middle of the tank, never really gets to the top.

what about skimming? is it better at the corner or in the center?
