White cauliflower like growth on Naso Tang

Anyone know what this is and how I should treat it?

Looks like a fungus....there are all kinds of antfungal medications available.

Lymphocystis. Relatively harmless virus, very common. Just keep the tangs environment stable and feed it good food, it'll go away on it's own.
